P0420 code

Hey everyone
I have 2007 acura mdx with 165000 km on it
7monthe ago I had check emissions system light one and it was the egr valve after I got it tested, I changed it I also changed the pcv valve and spark plugs
And I took out the manifold and cleaned it at the same time (cause of the carbon that was buled up ) ,2 months after that the emission light came on again after I got it checked it was the Code P0420 ( check for a clogged or damaged Cadillac connector , Catalyst B1 deterioration 2, catalyst b1 efficiency below threshold 3)
so I just cleared the code a month after that it came back but at that time it was cold weather and was snowing when the weather start worming up
the code has disappeared on its own and sins then it hasn’t came back
What cause the code to come up and if I have bad Cadillac converter what should I do to fix the problem

By the way I always take it to acura delear for an oil change when it reaches to %20 oil life

P0420 Doesn’t necessary condemn a cat converter. I’d suggest inspecting your exhaust system including the O2 sensor/wiring.
