P0344 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Intermitten

Guys,

I got in my car (’03 Concorde)this morning and was driving out of my neighborhood where
the speed is higher than 25 mph. When I took off at the light my car started to
hesitate, I think, going into 2nd gear. This is a new code for me, so is this
an easy fix or do I have to take the car to a shop? 🙁

p0344 is for cam sensor. common problem on these cars.
