P0135, P0141

I have a 1995 Ford Ranger 2.3L 4 CYL.. And I replaced both sensor with OEM sensor cause the old one were bad and these codes are still there after clearing codes. what should i check next??

Fixed it! had a blown fuse. the old down stream sensor had exposed wire that caused it to blow..
