P0122 TPS low voltage

help anyone
a have a 98 honda accord 2.3L EX UL 4doors
i have a check engine light. the code is P0122 i look for it, and it said that is some TPS low voltage issue.
i did check the throttle position sensor and the results are this
ground from the ecm is 11.94
voltage from the ecm is 5.09
i did also checked the resistance of the sensor. the results are this. TPS fully closed is 0.52. as i turn open the throttle the voltage increase, but it stop at 0.94 note that this with the throttle fully open.
i was told the results that i should get while doing this test wherein between 3.5 to 4.9 volts.
now according to this result the TPS is bad, is there any one here that can confirm that or do i have to perform another test.
