Now the engine will not start and I’ve notice the upper radiator hose is building a lot of pressure just by cranking it over

take the rad cap off and look for alot of bubbling
while cranking. if you suspect the head gasket.due a
            block test.

WHEN I PULL THE CAP OFF I HEAR THE PRESSURE RELEASE BUT I HAVE TO GET IT STARTED FIRST BEFORE I CAN DO A BLOCK TEST

did you troubleshoot the p009? this code may be
causing the p0300.check the links I sent you.

Yes, I just tested the fuel pressure regulator control solenoid and its bad, its suppose to be reading 22 – 26 ohms and its reading 46 ohms.. So I’m going to replace that and go from there…

after you fix the FPR solenoid.clear the codes and
                        see what comes back.

I fixed the p0090 problem and it was the PRC SOLENOID, But now I’ve notice my upper radiator hose has a lot of pressure by just cranking the motor over cold and bubbles coming out of resivore and it still gives me a hard time to start at times so I pulled the spark plug out and the cylinders have liquid in them so I sucked them dry it smelled like gas but it also looked like it had a little bit of coolant in it but wasn’t sure and once I got it to start it was throwing a lot of white smoke for a while so I went out and got a block tester and tested for combustion gas in the coolant and the test checked out fine the liquid stayed blue so I;m a little confused on why I have pressure in upper radiator hose when cold, cylinder filled up with liquid, hard to start, white smoke at start up at times. what do ya’ll think should I do a cylinder leak down test since the block tester checked out fine??

You really shouldn’t see pressure in the cooling system on start up when the engine is cold. You might want to do a leak down test to see if you have pressure going into the cooling system. As shown in the video you can also use parts from a compression tester to do a leak down test. Keep us posted.
