one healight dimmer then the other

I have a 97 civic 4dr lx, ive replaced my bulbs and now the driver side is dimmer then the passenger side. any suggestions would help.

Provided the bulb is installed properly, that would usually be a melted headlight connector on the dim one. The melt could be elsewhere, in a switch, etc., but it’s almost always the headlamp connector on the ground terminal.
