old muscle what is your favorite?

I would have to say I like most old mucsle but I would love to own a 1970 340 Plymouth Duster. Most Mopars of the 67-71 era I would love to own as well though.

1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 banana:

RPO LS6 was the 450 HP Heavy Duty Clutch model with a Muncie M22 “Rock Crusher”. None of that wussy, candy-ass automatic garbage.

Moser 12 bolt which I believe housed a 4.11:1 True Posi-Trac & 33 spline axles.

Now, that little baby would scoot! :ohmy:

We’re talking about the kinda car here that would eat Mo’Parts & shit F*rds any day of the week. The only thing that could beat it was a Stingray.

I would have mine Flat-Black with Blood Red stripes, Blood Red Tuck N Roll with black stitching. Racing buckets, roll cage, straight pipes.

Mostly factory under the hood with just a few mild upgrades: MSD Ign, Edelbrock Tunnel Ram intake fueled by twin Race Demons, Comp Cams XE Hydro Roller, Brodix Aluminum heads, Hooker Headers, Electric fan, and maybe perhaps a gear driven Cam Timing setup to get that blower-like whine without having to fart around with installing a blower.

Hemi cuda with a shaker hood. Might have been a 440 six PAC My memory Is a little fuzzy. The fastest I have ever been was in one of these. I was a back seat passenger and I remember the guy pegging the speedometer. I think the mopars were the fastest as a only stock car.
