1.oil pump already change 3 times (used part)
      2. oil filter already change
      3.oil pressure switch change
      4.full engine bearings new
      5.piston&piston rings new

in idle pressure low…but engine not noisy(hidraulic tappets)

        First welcome to the forums!

Did you use a mechanical oil pressure gauge to verify that you have low oil pressure and not an issue with wiring?

When you replaced all the bearings, did you do any measuring of the crank journals and so forth so you have the correct size bearings installed?

ya..i use a mechanical oil pressure gauge for comfirm it’s not a wiring problem..

bearing is standart size..it’s correct size

          already polish the crank

After an overheat it’s likely the engine has suffered some damage. +1 on checking with a manual gage. Here is a video I did on oil pressure that will help you understand how oil pressure works and why replacing the oil pump will not fix the problem should you find low oil pressure.

I’m just wondering. You had the crank polished and went back to the standard bearing size? Did you check the clearance when you rebuilt the engine. I would assume you did, just want to double check.

You’re probably going to have to take it apart and measure all the clearances and compare them to spec, after that you’re going to need to track down the correct sized bearings based on the specs in the service manual to obtain the correct clearance.

                        +1 on checking the clearance.

ok the crankshaft failure…i must change the crank and than recheck the clearance…standart size bearing good for me…
