Why was the car on jack stands for four months? Did you do any work to it? Are you driving the car? If it hasn’t exploded yet, I would install a mechanical oil pressure gauge to make sure you are getting solid oil pressure. A good rule of thumb is 10psi per 1000 rpms. If you haven’t run the vehicle yet, then I would first check the integrity of the circuit itself. You can get wiring diagrams from the free chilton’s manual that is available through a member on this forum. Put “chiltons manual’ in the search box at the top of this page. When the front end is off the ground the oil level will ‘pitch’ inside the pan and possibly expose the pick up but to be honest just being on jack stands shouldn’t be enough for that to happen. I would recommend installing a manual gauge as suggested and check the actual oil pressure just to be sure it’s OK and before you go condemning an oil pump I’d like to recommend watching this video.
