You could always unhook the PCV and run it into a little puke container to catch the oil._x000D_
You could do a leak down test on all the cylinders to see what cylinder(s) are the ones causing your problem.

That is kind of the plan at this point.

The problem is most likely with the PCV system as suggested but it’s more likely to be worn engine internals that are the root cause.
