oil grade for new rebuilt crate moter dodge

i read my owners manual for my 99 dodge slt larrame 5.9 gas 360 magnum it recommends SAE 10w-30 on all dodge trucks but a local garage told me 20- 50 racing oil SAE high in zink would be good and recommended zink additives to any other grade selected this is where i come for the best advice sam are you out there or can a dodge guy please advise me for proper oil to add for my initial start up and break in ????????????? :unsure: :S :side: 🙁 🙂
