      I changed the oil on my wife’s Tahoe for the first time according to the ETCG’s video…all went well, however the “oil life” on the dash display never changed from 8%…does it need to be reset?

        yes you do need to reset this.
        im sure there is a step by step direction of how this has to be done in your owners manual.

          thanks….unfortunately I have no owners manual so will need to hunt one down!

            Key on engine off, press gas pedal 3x within 5 sec and hold, it’ll read “OIL LIFE RESET”.
