ODB2 CONNECTOR FUSE

FORD E250 2006 5.4L V8 158,000 + KM

I am unable to get a reading from an ODB2 SCANNER from my connector inside the vehicle. Which fuse is responsible for the connector ? If the fuse is not at fault where else should I check ?

Also my vehicle was running rough and there was a delay in acceleration which was eliminated by the advice from this network by cleaning the throttle body out !
