      Hi everyone,

I got a big problem. Check engine light on with code P0010, OCV valve actuator. So I started looking inyoutube on how to replace it. Looked simple so decided to go get the part and replace it.

when I try to pull it out all igot was the solenoid but the rest of it is stuck inside. any tips on how to get it out welcome.

what I tried.. and failed.. I used a tap to tread watt was left inside put in a big Bolt and Pulled. I was only able to get i bit of it but the rest is still inside.

      HELP !! 🙁 🙁

see if this helps. Your gonna have to grab the spool with pliers
        and pull it out.

the video is ok i looked at it before i tried to replace it.

no its broken and stuck inside the hole.

I tried a flute extractor it rotated but it is still stuck was only able to pull out small peices.

I also used WD40, also read some were to use DOT-3 breake fluid. any more ideas that could help
          ..I’ll keep posting progress…
          thank you

This one is a bad day. What you could try is a small
blade like a jigsaw and put it in the middle and cut
to the outside without hitting the block wall. Do the
in 4 to 5 sections. Then carefully try to knock the
pieces in and remove them. Only hit the pieces not
the block. You don’t want to damage the block surface.
