I tried searching this , but came up empty .
I have a 1991 Caprice with , what I think is OBDI . I have a simple OBDII reader / clearer tool . Can I use a cable like this to read and clear codes , on the Caprice with my tool ?

Is this the adaptor cable you were talking about (http://www.amazon.com/Connector-Adapter-Motor-Diagnostic-Cable/dp/B00NSE2IMS)? It seems to be a crap shoot if it works or not, I know a couple of folks that have them and it seems to be random if it works.
