Hey guys, I have just a basic OBD scanner that gives powertrain codes and readiness monitor statuses. I’m looking for a relatively affordable ($50-150) intermediate to advanced standalone scan tool (no USB/Bluetooth adapters). I really want to be able to read live sensor data which I know falls into the intermediate category. I’m not even sure what advanced features to look for or are attainable in this price range. Would be cool to be able to access ABS, SRS, TCS, etc or adjust parameters but I realize these functions are likely reserved for professional/dealer computers upwards of $500. Any insight would be much appreciated!!
