ok this is the season for daddy to work on kids cars especially in the cold!!!!!
my other daughter has a 95 honda accord ex which has always gave me the code po141 (o2 sensor heater circuit malfunction {bank 1 sensor 2} i switched out the sensor and still the code comes up, i let the car run for 20 min thinking it needed time but no luck. this was the sensor after the cat, and there is another one before the cat. should i replace that one as well? i hope not those sensors are expensive….. any ideas? thanks

i saw the video but one thing my o2 sensor doesnt go thru the floor, it goes rit up thru engine capartment against the fire wall and the wires go deep into the firewall so its very difficult to see where and how bad of a damage the wires are in, but i will try. but if anyone has another idea please let me know, thank you

undue the connector right at the o2 sensor. you should
have 12 v to the heater circuit. have you checked fuses?

This may be a dumb question but did ya clear the code after you were done or pull the ECM backup fuse?

You need to check the resistance of the heater circuit BEFORE you replace it just to verify the problem. I believe the connector is located on the passenger frame rail. As stated you can check to see if it’s getting the power and ground it needs to operate. Don’t replace the other sensor. See if you can find the issue with the sensor the code is for. You might also want to check the resistance of your new sensor, it could be bad out of the box.
