When ever I turn the wheel to the right on my car I hear a light scarping noise. but it only happens when I turn Right. I checked to see if something is scarping the Rim such as the Tie Rod but can’t seem to find out where. I was thinking it could be a brake clip or the anti raddle clip scraping on the Disk. But I don’t know if I should suspect that or even think it could be a possibly since I would hear it as I drive. not when I turn the wheel to the left.Although I can’t really hear it at a low speed more around 15 to 20 mph. any help greatly appreciated.

Maybe a tire hitting the plastic fender liner. I had some snow tires on this winter and they would do this in a tight turn. Stock sized tires on different rims so maybe the wheel offset is different – dunno.
A bad wheel bearing will sometimes show it presence in turns when that bearing bares more load. However, this can also be mimicked by tires on occasion and so is not diagnostic.
Finally there’s the backing plates on disc brakes (these are actually heat shields) made of sheet metal and if bent could rub the rotor.
So, if running larger or wider tires or if running different rims I’d check for rubbing in the wheel wells. Otherwise check the brake backing plates.
Actually I did find the passengers side splash guard by the wheel well was close to the Tire. one of the screws was missing so the splash guard was hanging by the Tire just a bit. But I don’t think that is what causing the noise. Because its more of a metal scarping noise. But never hurts to suspect that part. I’m going to look more into the brake disc splash guard or heat shield by the Disc. And see if that’s what’s causing the noise.
Well to Update this old thread it turns out what was causing that scrapping noise every time i turned to the right was the rear brake on the left side. It had servere uneven wear. And also found the caliper pins where not moveing freely as they should. So to fix the problem had to buy New set of Rotors and pads (Honda factory Parts) of course and install them. And cleaned and applyed the slide pins with silicone paste. Just like how Eric says and now brakeing efficiency is perfect again.
