Noise coming from Engine (?) when car is idle

Hello all, thanks for viewing my thread.

A few weeks ago, my car has developed a noise. Here are the details of the car:

1. Make: Perodua Myvi, which based on Daihatsu Boom
2. Automatic Transmission
3. 1.3 liters, 4 cylinders engine

Here are the details of the noise:

When I start my car in the morning (7 am), everything sounds normal. At this point, car has been off for about 12 hours. (Time = 0 minutes)
I drive down the 4-story parking building. Everything sounds find still. (Time = 5 minutes)
I drive out to the main road and I stopped at the lights. I pressed the brakes. Car comes to a complete stop. Transmission is still in Drive. Handbrake is down. This point is when the noise comes. (Time = 6 minutes)

The sound is not a constant sounds. Its like a machine gun noise.
The sound goes away when I put the transmission into neutral. Silence.
