so i have the chance to ither claim a car or leave it sitting. the old owner has moved out of state and told me if i can sell it i can keep the money. its a 2003 saab 9-5 i have a bill of sale and the old registration but no title. does anyone know what id have to do to get a new title without registering it? i really just want to change the waterpump on it and sell it for profit.
