Last night I changed my distributor (it was dripping oil) and spark plug wires. I had extra ones from an old engine. (I have a 95 Honda Civic EX Coupe, manual trans.)

Ran fine when I tested it last night and this morning. I leave the house, go to the gas station, and opps, car doesn’t turn on. I hear the fuel pump prime and a click but nothing, no crank or anything. I ran the codes and got code 7 (throttle position sensor). I check my distributor plugs, theyre in fine. Hell, I even got the old distributor and spark plug wires in the back and replaced it, just for S&G, still nothing. What could be the issue?

Sounds like you have an issue with either the battery, the battery connections, or the starter/starter solenoid… Start by checking your battery electrical connections that they are clean and tight…

This is a good place to start for pointers…
