no start extended crank

      i have a 99 honda crv awd 2.0L it was working fine before but when i pumped supreme gas 92. after i pumped the car bogged and hesitated and finally shut off!!! now the car has a extended crank and starts when it feels like (rarely). i got a p0122 code for the tps. i replaced it but no luck. i checked fuel psi which is 50psi at idle and volume is perfect fuel not contaminated. i checked for plugged exhaust and no luck either. i took off the distributor cap and there is sum oil inside cap. there is sum spark not strong but enough…need help called honda dealership they dont no either????

        hate to tell you bud but it sounds like you need to do a drain on you’re fuel tank and line .then filler back up with 87 and do a full tune up. 90 % of our cars require that we run 87 especially hondas . any thing higher then 87 is for higher end cars like vipers or a turbo car.

          I noticed you said the there was oil in the cap. Reguardless of spark there should not be oil in the cap when you remove it. Check out Erics video.

            With no starts, you need to cover the basics. Try to stay away form assumptions. This article covers the basics and also has some videos you may find helpful.
