So i have a 2002 nissan altima 2.5l manual transmission. My car had two incidents recently, where the car stalled out while driving, it also sometimes had a hesitant rough start up at times. Then one day it jjust wouldnt start, it makes like a whiny crank and doesnt start. I just put in a new battery. At first the check engine light had the code P0340 cam sensor code. Most people said replace it, so i did. No change happened. Then i got the codes P2135 (throttle position sensor circuit range/performance, P0113 (intake air temperature circuit), P0223 (throttle position sensor/ switch 2 circuit high), P0123 (throttle position sensor/ switch 1 circuit high), P1122 (throttle control performance problem). These all show up now, and the car will not start. I really need to get it running again, any help would be awesome. Thank you

Considering the bulk of the CEL codes involve the throttle control and positioning.
        3 possibilities:
        Faulty throttle controller / sensor(s)
        Faulty electrical connection(s)
        Faulty ECU
Considering you swap out the vehicles battery, this may have played a part.
Might first consider a ECU reset…
Disconnect the battery cables, ground the positive cable and let it sit over night.
Reconnect the battery and see if that helps.

If not then you’ll need to work on the first 3 above.

I had the battery unplugged for awhile, not a full day, but ive read it just needs ten minutes. I also did a test light on the fuse box next to my coolant reservoir, it has the relays and some small fuses. There are about 15 small fuses, i put my test light to the pos terminal, and did a power test on the fuses, only 4 of them were getting power, the rest nothing. I suspected the ecm, so i got a replacement but its a 5A and i need a 5C. I plugged it in anyway to see if those fuses got power from it, still only 4 were getting power. Im getting super frustrated with it

You need a power distribution diagram for your vehicle to trace out the fuses to see where your losing power.

Im havin a hard time finding detailed diagrams. Also i did a volt read with a multimeter, and got 5.00 volts for the coolant temp sensor and throttle connection, which i believe is whete it should be, but then got around 11-12 volts for my cam sensor and coil pack connectors, not sure why its so high for those ones

Coils can be 12V as for the cam it may be.

As for the cam it may be what? The cam sensor is brand new. The only thing i can think of is electrical issue, but finding where is the problem

                    12V
The cam sensor is brand new
Your point??? brand new doesn’t always mean functional…
The only thing i can think of is electrical issue, but finding where is the problem
Which is why you need to research wiring diagrams for your vehicle.
Till then you can check the basics
                    Fuel
                    Air
                    Spark
