No power to fuses under dash

i need help please none of the under dash fuses in my 95 honda accord have power i have replaced my ignition switch and my main power relay still no power when i turn my key in the ignition nothing helps my dash doesnt light up no sounds like a dead battery ive check under hood fuses have power i have power all thru my car except the fuses under dash please help been at this for a week

you need to get a multimeter and start from the battery and work your way back.

I have I get power all thru the engine starter alternator etc but when I get into the inside. The car I’m not getting power to the fuse box I have headlights horn hazard lights stuff powered by power but no windows or turn signal stuff powered by under dash fuses

OK you’re not getting power to the fuse box we get it. But you’re going to have to track that back to the battery. You might also check the underhood fuses, you might have blown a main fuse. There could also be a problem with the fuse box itself. I see this from time to time if it gets damaged by water. The corrosion damages the fuse box. If memory serves power goes from the battery to the underhood fuse box and then to the under dash one. Check the fuses in the underhood box to see if they’re good. Keep us posted.
