No hot air blowing

So i just got a honda prelude and it runs and drives fine, engine warms to just below half but only issue is when i turn on the fans i get no warm air, I only get what is outside what could be the issue?

Is the car running normal temps or lower than normal? Still from what you describe you would be getting some heat. Sounds more like a control head problem or mode door inoperative. Might look here http://www.preludedriver.com/forum/manuals.php
And see if you can find a manual to help you find how to diagnose and repair it. I am not familiar with your car myself.

How is the coolant level? If the coolant level is fine it could be a heater core restriction.

turns out it was the heat control valve, i was able to open it so as of now i can only get heat, cant control how warm or cool it is will need to buy the control valve. Thanks all.
