No heat Honda Accord

I have a 2007 Honda Accord with 90,000 mi. on it and hardy has heat. The fan works. As the engine warms up the ac shut off valve is hot on both sides, so the came lever isn’t broken. The only heat I get is driving at higher speeds. The mileage is 90,000.Is there another valve that is under the dash, or do the heater cores clog easy?

Has the engine temperature gauge changed in the way it behaves recently? When was the last time the thermostat was changed and/or tested?

Is there air flowing out of the vents themselves?
Does the flow change with the fan settings?
Does adjusting the mode selector (vent, defrost, floor) change where said air is coming out?
Are both of the heater hoses relatively close in temperature?
Have you ever checked the cabin filter?
