      I take it your in the UK. can you give a car that would be_x000D_
      comparable to a usa version. I’m not familiar with the Primera._x000D_
      I don’t list anything for manuals on that car.

          Based on your description I would first check the clutch itself, the fact that the clutch operation is so sensitive based on your description might suggest that the clutch isn’t holding as it should which would show up as poor acceleration.

            I know it isn’t a slipping clutch. It’s working pretty well to be honest. But I’m not sure about adjusting the linkage. Perhaps that might be it… I know there is some kind of a adjustment bolt on the linkage inside the engine compar

                If the clutch adjustment is wrong then the clutch can slip causing the problem you’re talking about, it can also prematurely wear the clutch out._x000D_
