      Peace

I was changing spark plugs on 6 cylinder Nissan Maxima and noticed that the spark plugs near the firewall are socked with oil.

That means the plastic valve cover need to be replaced.
My question, can I change only the gasket or all the cover need to be replaced?

The other important question, CAN WAIT and not change it now? if I dont change it what are the consequences? fire, loss of power, spark plug damage, coil damage!!!

You should just need new valve cover gaskets. Usually the rubber boot will keep oil off the important parts of the plug if you don’t leave it too long. If you leave it a long time (months/years) it will degrade the rubber boot on the spark plug wire.

Usually you just replace the spark plug tube seals with a new valve cover gasket.
What will happen with leaving the oil soaked wells is you will start to misfire and eventually
          blow coil packs.
