hey guys, im bonvo. I started watching eric’s videos and thought “finally! someone online who knows what there talking about!” I am 26 and i have been wrenching since i was old enough to hold a wrench. My father is an A.S.E recertified master tech with 30+ years experience and has been my mentor all my life. After high school, i went to school for automotive repair so i can get some experience that was more official and get some completion certificates. It was a great program where i learned hands on just like my father had always taught me growing up.
anyway on to the cars, My dad and i have built our fair share of cars while i was growing up, mostly for other people XD. some include a 66 gto a 68 mustang so on and so forth. doesnt mean i dont have my own projects however
first up my pride and joy a 1973 datsun 610 i built this car in the driveway from the ground up in 8 months after my first car a 76 610 got t boned i bought it as a shell with every shred of paperwork possible including original window sticker and built it with the good parts from the 76 it has an l20b with a weber down draft 32/26 header electronic ignition 2.25 inch exhaust. with a little help from dad an r12 a/c system was installed (i had no a/c experience until that point lol) anyway here is some pics

WOOoo!! Oregon represent!! 97420 here brotha! Yeah!! Parrtay! *Coughs and adjusts his tie..which falls off because its a clip on..meh stupid walmart special why did i…err wait.* Ahem..I mean aye there. Love Datsuns. My mother drove a Datsun 200 SX and would waste every person off the line, while they would blink in astonishment.lol Great to meet ya.
