Hey Eric how bout a short and sweet how to video on painting the valve cover on the Gsr I’m considering doing this to my b16 and would love to know what I’m getting into thanks

Pretty simple, couple of bolts pull the spark plug wires, pull the valve cover, tape off the bottom of said cover, paint.
Put back on.
You can try to reuse your valve cover gasket but I never do on these engines as they are a pain to get the gasket to stick on the inside of the valve cover period, it seems like the heat cycle of the car makes this worse.

Spark plug well gaskets are usually better off left alone if not leaking.
All the ones I’ve ever had to do come out in pieces, like it has fused and become one with the cover lol.

Not on the GSR as I’ve already shot video on painting the valve covers on the Fairmont. That will air at some point in the not too distant future.
