My 87 f 150 efi 4.9 still acts like the neutral safety switch is bad since its bolted on there is no adjustment. No slightly ovaled holes to move switch back and forth. It has no back up lights and sometimes it wont start in park unless i run the shifter to low then back to park. The haynes book calls for an adjustment. Could it be the wrong switch is on there? Does anyone know what the 87 f 150 had on it? The shifter doesn’t feel sloppy. Thanks
