Need Subaru engine help

2008 Subaru Imprezza 2.5i.
My daughters car that she ran with low/no oil and now has really bad engine knock.
I hope it is just a rod bearing?
This will be my first Subaru to work on, so any help on how to R&R the engine is appreciated.

Subaru is one of the easiest engines to remove, drop the exhaust disconnect the fuel, electrical, remove starter, If auto trans unbolt torque converter from flex plate, remove motor mount bolts from the frame drain coolant and remove radiator and fans as an assembly. remove transmission bolts and nuts from back of engine. Not much more to it than that.
