Need some help finding the right fastener

I was working on a ’99 civic lx for a friend and had to replace the ignition coil. I got the 2 screws out that secure it inside the distributor but the 2 screws that fasten to the (+,-) terminals of the ignition coil didn’t come out in 1 piece. I ended up having to drill the heads off of the screws to remove the terminals from the ignition coil and now I’m having trouble finding replacements. I’ve tried googling the size of these screws with no results and looking on honda parts websites they give the size of the rotor screw but not the size of the ones I need to replace. Does anyone possibly know the size of these fasteners?

Since the coil has threaded holes for those screws, it shouldn’t be too difficult to match them.
Plan on them being metric.
Length would be a reasonable guesstimate + trial and error.
Other options include: Go to your local Honda’s Parts and service dept and maybe they will help you.
Take the coil with you to the hardware store/Lowe’s/Home Depot and start testing metric screws.
