Need New Cylinder Head or reman for cheap

Hey guys!!!! I just purchased a BMW 325i M54 with 96,000 miles. Turns out it has a blown head gasket. I already sent it in to get it checked out and they charge me 2,500 to fix. So I’m going to replace it myself I looked online for a new Head but they run for 1,400 rebuilt. Do you guys know where I could get it cheaper but still good quality. I also need a fan Clutch because its also toast.

Is it a blown head gasket, or is the head cracked, or is there another problem with the head? Was that price for doing all the work, taking the head off, any machining, parts?

Just about any good salvage yard should be able to hook you up with a good used one.

yea the 4,900 included everything except if the head was cracked. I don’t know if the head if cracked, I haven’t taken it apart yet. If it is I would need to find one that’s way I posted here because theirs awesome people like you that know were I could find stuff like this.
