Yes….. all the above…. I would start at the fuse box….
Sometimes someone moves a seat and a kids toy, or candy or something else gets on the seat track and jams it…. The driver tries to move the seat and it can’t move… The excess electrical demand to the seat motor gets too much and pops a fuse ‘POP’ and the seat no longer moves…. That is the best case…
Other times the motor to move the seat burns up and no more moving….
My advice, check all fuses…. There may be even some under the hood (I am not a Chrysler guy)….
If you find a burned fuse, something caused the circuit to overload… Check the tracks… Maybe something in the way…
