Heres a link that should help with trouble shooting.find the dtc code
at the top and use the trouble shooting guide to help your right I don’t
think its fuel. Its ignition related. either a bad coil or a wiring issue.
I’m surprised that the power balance test did not show any results.May 22, 2012 at 11:00 am #449971Just because the injectors are ‘clicking’ doesn’t mean they are all working as they should as I said injector problems are VERY common on Nissans and if you had one that wasn’t working correctly it would cause a misfire even if it was clicking. On any troubleshooting chart you find the very LAST thing on the list is ‘substitute known good ECU’ so do yourself a favor and don’t go there, exhaust all other possibilities first.
May 25, 2012 at 11:00 am #449972How do I check the injectors ?
May 25, 2012 at 11:00 am #449973I would recommend a power balance, if you find a cylinder that’s not putting out as much as the rest I would suggest replacing that injector.

Or, some bi-directional scan tools can activate your injectors. Again looking at your fuel gauge, you can see if the fuel pressure drops equally for each injector.
Try not to flood the engine with fuel during the above test if you have the equipment.
May 27, 2012 at 11:00 am #449975maybe a leaking fuel pressure regulator thats flooding the engine when it sits over night and upsets the air/fuel ratio enough to cause a misfire. After the car is driven for a few seconds the excess fuel is burned and the engine runs normally…. just a suggestion
June 3, 2012 at 11:00 am #449976! UPDATE !
I finally picked a factory service manual and followed the troubleshooting steps it provided for the PO350 code. Turns out I may have a broken wire somewhere in the main harness.the book asked me to check for continuity between the ecm harness connector and the coil terminals. Connectors 35,36,37,38 and connector 1 on each coil. I have no continuity on any of them and i should. So I am thinking the wire that send the signal back to the ecm which all four coils are connected to may be the problem. Which could explain the reason I have a random misfire on all cylinders and not one specific cylinder. I will ry and get to searching later this week and see what I come up with. Thank you everyone for your advise you have been really helpful. Now I just need to find that wire hopefully. I will update my progress when I find something.
thnaks
