Hi guys,
I just bought a used 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited v8, and the previous owner has 20’x8.5 rim and the tire is 275x45R20 installed, ( here is the link for the rim. http://www.wiredwheels.com/tdsadv/pages/wheels.html. The model is WI19-208515C). They are really good rim, but the front tires are rubbing against the front fender plastic/rubber! Especially making a full turn or reverse. Also, it is consuming lot of gas 11 mpg combined. Can someone help me out?
1. If I want to keep the rim, how can I make the tires not rubbing against The fender/rubber?
2. If I buy another set of rim and tires, what spec I should pay more attention to? There are lots of rim and tire on Craigslist, but they are for wrangler with taller tires. How do I choose one?
3. Any suggestion?I have very minimum experience with car, thanks in advance.
