did you use carb spray to spray things out?
If you did.The carb spray has to burn off.
just let it idle until it clears.

I have a few questions; 1. what did you use to clean it, 2. what parts did you clean exactly, 3. what prompted you to clean the egr, 4.what exactly did you mean by,”WHITE SMOKE EVERY WHERE LIKE WATER OR SOMETHING DRIPPING FROM DOWN PIPE.” Is the smoke coming from the exhaust pipe or the engine compartment, 5. how many miles are on that engine?

Please do not start a second thread about the same subject. All it will do is confuse the method of trouble shooting.

So was the car running fine as you stated in that secondary thread or was it surging before you cleaned it?

Is it a bluish smoke that smells strong?

Try checking the oil level. Let us know if it is over filled and what the condition of the oil looks like. As of now I’m thinking the egr valve may be bad and allowing oil into the intake. I would start by getting your codes pulled. This will tell you if the egr is bad. Most auto parts stores will do it for free. While you’re at the parts store you may want to grab a new pcv valve. They are around 10 bucks and very easy to change. Let us know if they find any codes and what they are.

Keep us updated. If you want you could try pulling the pcv valve out of the valve cover and cover the pcv valve hole (the one that goes to the intake. not the hole in the valve cover)with your thumb. See if that affects the smoke situation (it may take a couple minutes.) If the smoking decreases after two or three minutes you probably have a bad pcv valve.

just a quick update . i put in the new pvc valve and i started the car it started right up and i let it idle it sounds normal , i let it idle until the fans turned on no problems at all ,,, but the moment i opened the throttle engine stumbles sounds like it wants to stall and massive amount of cloudy white smoke from the tail pipe and down pipe
