need help dodge mode $6

Posted this in the tech only but maybe should’ve been here.
2000 Dodge Caravan 3.0L(Canada Model if make difference)
Anyone know which component this is referring to and the test?

Clear PCM a day later CEL(MIL) goes on with(P0300) ,2 days later goes into “OL-Fault” and CEL(MIL) turns off? Prior to CEL(MIL) only issue is whats above so would like to know what this is.
