I think they clogged my tranmisson filter they never remove it
That is a possibility. Again, take it to a place where you can get a receipt and a definitive diagnosis. My feeling is that if the filter is clogged, you would have problems in all gears…not just second.

EDIT: I am trying to save you time and money. If Jiffy Lube did something that is not recommended by the manufacturer fight it and get your money back.

Knew somebody that took a corvette to walmart for a tranflush on a 4L60E. Total mistake. Transmission guru had to fix the whole mess, at Wal Marts expense. Flushing machines that leave the pan on and pull all that crap stuck on the bottom of the pan back through the valve body and other parts of the transmissions is just about like taking a loaded 45 and aiming it right at the transmission and firing it. Oh yes, I know that these chains claim differently, but how many of those guys or places actually rebuild transmissions ? Funny, I don’t know any trans rebuilders or mechanics including myself that own a flushing machine for transmissions. I don’t involve myself with non servicable filters and that sillyness, but a transmission with a pan DOESN’T have a drain plug because when changing the fluid, the pan must be dropped, filter replaced, pan cleaned of that slime at the bottom and clean fluid of the right type be replaced. NO machines.. no flushers…

valvoline dexron iii good tranmisson fluid
Mot for a KIA, you need Hundai/Kia branded SP-III for your car. A DexronIII-compatible product is almost surely what would have been used by Jiffy Lube as a universal fluid.

Also, you haven’t actually said that you had a trans flush done, we’ve just kind of jumped to that conclusion and you haven’t confirmed or denied that. Did you have the trans flushed at Jiffy Lube that time before the problem started?

You may want to try changing the trans fluid.

                It gets confusing.
