Need advice fixing rust and leak, caused by leak. Trunk 91 honda accord.

I have a project car that is also a daily driver. short of it, got it running great, now it is time for rust repair. Had trunk leak fixed major issues, now i see leaks from rust / seam sealer. Looking for help, it did not seem like much at first, but as i dug it got worse.

My goal, to keep car as long as i can, but at least 4-5 more years. I wanted to fix trunk leak to stop bad smell / use trunk haha.
