B) the steering is good but like i said its leakin by a hole in the boot. i have a vibration the hub bearings seem fine and te outer tie rods are good. all round the steerings tite. also i put a new u joint and carryer bearing on it its a 2005 dakota. ball joints are good too. i was thinkin a trans housing bearing but that doesnt seem likely anyone who has a opionion that would be great

Typically you can replace just the boots. I’m not sure how involved it is though. I don’t know the mileage on the vehicle but the vibration could be an engine mount or it just needs a tune-up.
If you have fluid in the PS rack bellows, i would recommend a new PS rack. The seals by the inner tie rods are failing. Its usually easier and cheaper to just replace the rack.

This is exactly where I was going with it.
As for the vibration I’d need more info. Is it a vibration while you’re driving or at idle? If it’s while driving then check the tires and tire balance first. If it’s at idle then I’d be checking the tune up items on the engine first.
