There are tiny metal tangs sticking out from each of your brake calipers, scratching the rotors, causing the noise. Take a pair of dykes and clip those tangs off, then the noise is gone. Then move away before you neighbor learns to hate you.

Using screeching or squealing when stopped has to do with loose belts. Get the accessory belts tightened!

I had this problem once!!!
It was the damnest thing when I slammed on the breaks it stopped ….But now I got a windshield to replace!!!
It ended up being my wife telling me to slow down..

check the brake rotor struts they always give me problems

It’s probably the kniblin pins getting corroded. You may need to remove them and have them polished. It could also be that the loose nut behind the wheel needs to get tightened.
