I own a 200SX S14A, had it for 2 years, so much have happened since then, but it’s gonna be a spirited everyday car, meaning not backbreaking stiffness, but it’s also gonna be really quick, powerful and reliable.
No shortcuts 🙂This is some of what have been done

And here we go after a long pause! ( but been working on other cars. )
Block pretty much sorted, missing one bolt and the crankshaft is done, conrods and pistons are done, oil pump and waterpump is done, more work today!
Another photo and a little setback, we did this 4 am, and one of the ARP bolts for the crankshaft was not all the way in so we messed up the upper oil pan.

still waiting for parts( valves, head arp’s, and ac, alt, powersteering belts and welding, my collegue have been rather busy with work in russia and nigeria… lucky him, or not :p
either way, this is the smooth running engine i’m going away from, 1 year old clip, only thing that have changed is manifold and racecat, electric fans instead of clutch fan and suspension since then, and some cosmetic stuff.
attached video of -17 cold start after 2 months, love that engine, so I’m not going to ruin it, just have it as spare as it have done well, and if the new one will break I have a engine I can trust 🙂

Lots of good work going on here…nothing better than seeing pistons and rods sitting on someones floor ready to go in a build. I will watch this with interest

Nothing Major happened yet, but I’ve bought some new Recaro Seats 🙂
And my Engine cover is done, which isn’t major, but got my new parts in today aswell so just waiting for the head and I’m off to build alot!

Still waiting for stuff, upper oilpan is done welding and such, but I need a Keyway, new thrustbearings as I feel it being not quite right..
and I need oil stick and the tube for it, but I can’t think of much else I require..
