My car has humming noise on 60 and above

Dear All,

Can any one help me…

My car is Infiniti Qx4 2000 model with above 2 lakh KM.

Transmission change : ……before there was a grinding noise when car reaches to 100…..and 1 > 2 gear shift issue (both solved to much extent).

Now Only problem i am facing is Humming noise when car reaches 60 or above….

I have done wheel balancing / Drive shaft straight alignment…. no change.. Humming always start from 60….

One mechanic lifted my car and shown me the drive shaft….which was going from steering toward middle of the car in gear box (sorry about my less knowledge about four wheels cars). He grip the joints of shaft and shake it by hand with force, it was making sound like tkkk tkkkk tkkkk……he told me there is some gap in that…….this is cause of vibration.

Can anyone guide me….what is this problem….what i can do….how much it cost me?…..this tkkk tkkk sound is not normal ? can this be a cause of humming in my car…?
