My car feels like its sputtering when sitting

when i sit at a red light or just having my car in neutral it sputtering like it wants to cut off i took it the the shop the other day and i hate taking it to the shop im a car guy i love working on them my self but they said it sounded fine but to me theres something wrong i changed the plugs and wires do you think it could be o2 sensor or fuel filter or any other ideas help please

My mom’s care does the same thing, It act like going to stall when u stop at a red light. My problem was the transmisson leaky, it either the hose leaky or the pressure in transmisson causing the seal or around the drain plug.It been bad westher the last 2 wks. but I’m going try to fix soon as in clears. Hope this helps.

What vehicle and are there any trouble codes?

Do you have a low idle when this happens? If you do, try tapping on the IAC with the handle of a screwdriver or something. If the idle changes, then you have a bad IAC. I think Eric has a vid on this. I was going to post it, but I couldn’t find it haha.
