+ 1 on taking it to another dealer.
if the problem is getting worse then the dealer should be able to duplicate it. you have a warranty on the car so the dealer can do this work for no cost to you. try to leave the car with them. sometimes technicians feel a little pressured if they know you are waiting for your ride home, and they can be pressured to say that nothing is wrong. As for the dealer not even opening the hood that is totally wrong of them, they need to do everything in their power to make you happy with your new ride. hope this helps and keep us posted!

I don’t believe in that no codes no problems. I have had plenty of noises that didn’t set any codes. Yes I watched the video and no I don’t hear anything abnormal. Those engines are a little noisy. It sometimes is hard to tell on video. I guess the only advise I can give you now is just drive the car normally and see if it gets any worse. Make sure you follow the recommended service intervals and you’ll be OK. If you do all your part and it blows up it will be covered by the warranty. Hope this helps you.
yes it is OK to put a car into neutral when driving. a bad thing would be to over-rev the engine while in neutral. to prevent this make sure your foot is off the gas pedal when shifting into neutral and while in neutral don’t give the car too much gas. as for the hesitation i would recommend the use of top tier gasoline. top tier is the best for engine performance. you can find a station near you by visiting http://www.toptiergas.com/. Let me know if I can be of any other help.
