My 1998 dodge intrepid will not start

Yes i have spark yes i have fuel pressure….I know that these 2.7 liters have a internal water pump that when fails the coolant gets mixed with the oil….i should replace the timing belt because it has 170,000 miles on the engine…and yes it has overhe

Im sorry it has a Timing chain_x000D_

you might want to pull the timing cover. inspect the chain. I believe_x000D_
the water pump is timing chain driven. also with the coolant in the_x000D_
oil. lack of lubrication and sludge. not good.
