My 1994 S10 Blazer 4.3 runs rough even after a full tune-up

Hello ETCG! Had Plugs, Wires, Cap, Rotor (yes, all ACDelco) changed on my 1994 Chevy 4.3 with only 141,000 fast approaching 142,000 due to DD.. Still runs rough. Engine shakes, and it stalled out at one light. Not sure what else could be causing this.

I am about to start it up and perhaps drive it now, but, if the problem is still there.. What could be happening?

Their are several things that can cause Engine performance issues other than Spark Plugs and wires
Low Fuel Pressure
If this is the CPI fuel system a leaking fuel pressure regulator or faulty poppet valve
Low compression
Engine running lean
If this engine is has the “spider injector” setup I would highly recommend checking that for leaks which would cause a rich condition

Your distributor might be on its way out.

I’d take a look at the CPI spider injector, never worked with one myself but I’ve heard they can cause a lot of issues. Also check the fuel pressure regulator for low pressure. Lastly might want to check your ignition coil.
