I have used this one on several Mustangs and love it. I highly recommend it for auto home use.

You may require some seperate adapters depending on the vehicle your working on.

I bought one at Harbor Freight using a 20% off coupon. Haven’t had a chance to use it yet.

I have one, and LOVE THE HELL out of it. It is very easy to use, and dreamer2355 is right, you may have to hunt for the right adapters depending on your car, but the one I got from HB came with like 10 of them. It makes bleeding brakes by myself easy, so much so that about every 4th or 5th oil change on my cars I go through and bleed each wheel, just to make sure air is out, and by the end of the year I have completely swapped out my brake fluid 🙂

Tip: If you find that the rubber adapter is not creating a tight fit around the bleeder valve, I have used some Vaseline and put a dab or two around the rubber connector and bleeder valve to give it help in creating suction.

I have this but haven’t used it yet. I don’t even know how to use it. Doesn’t the hose just slip over the bleeder so why do you need adapters?

That’s a good point, yes, you could slip the hose over the bleeder, good call on that, the hose may give a tighter fit than the adapters.

Are you serious, HFT carries it now? I was a manager for one of the stores and never seen it. Do you happen to know the SKU#?
Is it that? http://www.harborfreight.com/brake-flui … 92924.html
I didn’t even realize that this was like teh Motive Power Bleeder. I have one of those 2 gallon air compressor used mainly for tires, would it works with this?

Thanks.

I’m sorry, it’s the mityvac brake bleeder that I have, here it is:

http://www.harborfreight.com/mityvac-vacuum-pump-39522.html

I did try it since my last post and had trouble getting it to work so I gave up and bled my brakes the old school way with an assistent. I think I was using it wrong and the directions in the package don’t really help much.
